Roles & Responsibilities
Discipline Committee
- Understands students at a socio-emotional level and facilitates constructive
dialogue between teachers and students.
- Is approachable to both students and faculty, coordinating daily activities
across classes.
- Monitors behavioral patterns, addresses indiscipline, and enforces the school’s
code of conduct.
- Develops preventive and remedial measures to maintain a respectful and orderly
school environment.
Chief Financial Management
- Oversees the school’s financial well-being and addresses any fee-related
queries.
- The Chairman, Treasurer, and Director are responsible for managing the school’s
day-to-day financial accounts.
Student Counsellor
Works closely with students, teachers, and parents in two capacities:
a. Personal
- Assists students dealing with personal, social, or family challenges.
- Provides a confidential space for discussion and support.
b. Guidance
- Evaluates students’ aptitudes and suggests possible career pathways.
- Helps identify suitable universities and simplifies the application process,
ensuring each student receives the guidance they need for their future.
